1	• Aswasakiranam scheme is implemented to provide monthly financial assistance @ Rs.600 is provided to the caregivers of severely mentally challenged persons and persons with severe physical disability
2	During 2025-26, 30728 beneficiaries were benefited under Aswasakiranam Scheme.
3	• Snehasparsham is a continuing scheme of KSSM, this scheme provides financial assistance of Rs. 2000/- per month to unwed mothers. 403 beneficiaries are benefited under this scheme during 2025-26.
4	• Under the scheme Snehasanthwanam financial assistance of Rs. 2200/- is given to bedridden endosulfan victims and Rs. 1700/- to such bedridden endosulfan victims who are getting disability pension.
5	All other endosulfan victims are given Rs. 1200/-. 5208 beneficiaries are benefited under this scheme during 2025-26.
6	• Educational assistance @ Rs.2000/- to children studying in class 1 to VII, and children who are studying in buds school; @Rs.3000/- to VIII to X and @ Rs.4000/- to XI and XII has been allotted
7	to the children of Endosulfan victim of Kasargod district. 356 beneficiaries are benefited under this scheme during 2025-26.
8	• Monthly assistance to the care givers of endosulfan victims who are fully bedridden or mentally retarded @Rs.700/- per month under Special Aswasakiranam scheme.
9	771 beneficiaries are benefited under this scheme during 2025-26.
10	• The Vayomithram scheme provides free medical checkup and treatment through mobile clinic. This Scheme is being implemented in 6 Corporations, 85 municipalities and in 4 block in the State.
11	290815 senior citizens get the benefits of the Vayomithram scheme during 2025-26.
12	• Snehapoorvam scheme is to provide financial assistance to children who lost both parents or either of them and the other alive parent is not in a position to look after them.
13	38891 children are benefited under this scheme during 2025-26.
14	• Mittayi is a comprehensive social security program for children and adolescents with Type1 Diabetes mellitus. 2147 children are benefited under this scheme during 2025-26.
15	• The Samashwasam Scheme covers 4 categories of beneficiaries. Kidney patients who belong to B.P.L families, patients who have undergone Kidney/ Liver transplantation surgery,
16	patients who are affected by Heamophilia and related diseases and to Sickle Cell Anaemia patients. 1891 beneficiaries are benefited under this scheme during 2025-26.
17	• WE CARE is designed as an umbrella organization which design, implement, co-ordinate, assists and facilitates various social security service activities in an effective and sustainable way.
18	78 beneficiaries are benefited under this scheme during 2025-26.
19	• During 2025-26, 52308 persons with disabilities were issued UDID cards.
